Leisure Industry Week (LIW)

Leisure Industry Week (LIW) takes place in September at the NEC. LIW is the home of the entire out-of-home leisure industry, bursting with new products, free seminars and hundreds of leading suppliers.

It is the UK’s only dedicated family attractions show, Europe’s leading health, beauty and fitness event and a major sports development and swimming pool event.

It has everything needed to create exciting environments and smoothly run facilities, including the cream of inspired thinking from the biggest companies in leisure and beyond.

Particularly exciting this year is the sheer sense of regeneration in leisure. There is a huge range of special features including:

Family Entertainment Centre — a full, working centre with the latest amusements, simulators, play equipment, laser games, inflatables, go-karts and more
Sports Arena — where you will find all the major sporting bodies showcasing live demonstrations
Fully Working Swimming pool — featuring live demonstrations from the British Olympic swim team, the Royal Life Saving Society, the ASA Aqua Fit programme and many more
Live Kitchen Demonstration Area — with live cooking demonstrations, and advice, tips and solutions on catering to the leisure market
Lucozade Hydro Active Fitness Arena — where you will see all the latest groundbreaking fitness workouts and equipment demonstrations.

This year it is co-located with our new event the National Licensed Business Show (NLBS) for owners and operators of pubs, bars, clubs restaurants and hotels.
